Melange Chocolate

Mélange aims at enhancing flavours and perceptions:

Mélange Chocolate signature chocolate bars and truffles are handmade from first class cocoas and infused with natural ingredients, spices, herbs, fruit or flowers, creating very innovative and unique combinations.
Other Mélange specialties to savour in the shop are the traditional hot chocolate and homemade chocolate or fruit sorbets.
Chocolate making workshops or chocolate and wine tasting can be booked for private parties or corporate events or as gift vouchers.
The founder of Mélange, Isabelle, is a French young professional who after a couple years of experimentations opened her shop in Peckham. She will celebrate her first birthday during the 2009 London Chocolate Week and every visitor will be offered a sample of her homemade chocolates.
