You can even immortalise yourself in chocolate in a chocolate portrait painting session, using melted milk, dark and white chocolate. There are chocolate, wine and spirit matching master classes inspired by the famous chocolatier Laurent Gerbaud, who has created a luxurious range of chocolates designed to be eaten with wines as well as whisky and spiced rum. Even the 13 chic bedrooms in this wonderful Grade 11 listed hotel are chocolate themed, from the Maya to the Montezuma.
