Bill McCarrick, International Master Chocolatier leads the movement for creating & crafting the very finest couverture from which to make the ultimate chocolates.
Bill sources the best cocoa beans directly from the Plantations.  Working meticulously with the owners, they have honed the characteristics essential for the foundations for ultimate flavour – a life long passion for Bill. Each batch is imported to The Studio where the unique refinement continues.  Using traditional, artisan methods Bill gives the cocoa vital time to mature and develop from which the premium couverture is borne.  This dedication, time and skill to the very core of his chocolates enable him to hone the very finest subtleties of flavour and texture, that has won Bill successive Gold Medals at both the Academy of Chocolate and The Great Taste Awards.

The meticulous care with which chocolate is created allows the subtle undertones of our ingredients to permeate and create a fuller tasting, smoother chocolate. The result is divine chocolate – pure velvet. Handsomely packaged, poised to share.
