The exclusive product of hand-ground raw, single-origin, Fair Trade Cocoa blended with Organic Cane Sugar.
This chocolate is cold-pressed and individually hand-crafted into bars, and hand-wrapped. The DeAngelis process is completely non-industrial. Quite simply, the chocolate hasn’t been creamed, smoothed or cooked in machines. Instead, almost by magic, the processing and delicate unlocking of this chocolate’s true aroma takes place in your mouth.
DeAngelis Chocolate is distinguished as one of the purest forms of chocolate as it only contains two ingredients: cocoa and organic cane sugar. Different flavours of DeAngelis Chocolate are achieved by using pure fruit pieces, nuts, or spices (Orange, Whole Almonds, Pistachios, and Chillies). These are the only additions to DeAngelis Chocolate – never are there any added colours, flavours, preservatives or e-numbers.
