French based, Irish chocolate lover, Trish Deseine, author of the bestselling ‘Je Veux du Chocolat’, will be introducing her new range of French cooks
chocolate - ‘Chocolate by Trish’ during Chocolate Week.
Trish has sold more than a million cookery books worldwide and is best known for her chocolate recipe book, “I Want Chocolate!”.
Her first TV series about French cooking was shown on RTE, BBC Lifestyle and UKTV. The second is currently airing on RTE1 in Ireland.
Now her love of chocolate and her belief that using good quality can transform any cook’s baking has led her to launch her own range of quality
French cook’s chocolate, perfect for using in recipes at home.
Trish will spend the two days at Chocolate Unwrapped playing with chocolate and sharing the results. She’ll be showing visitors how easy it is to melt
and mould in the most simple and creative ways with minimal equipment and without a scrap of professional technique.
