@ Melange - Chocolate Making Workshop
Saturday 17th October 2009
3 hours of pure pleasure where you will make your own chocolates only from natural ingredients and using professional techniques.
You will prepare and flavour the fillings, shape and dip them into the 3 colours tempered chocolate, to finally decorate them. All the chocolates you make will be yours…
From 2 to 5.30pm. £30/pers.
