Holy Mole! A Mexican Themed Lunch with Monica Patino, The Gallery Restaurant

Held in association with the Mexico Tourism Board, the delicacies are sure to pleasure the palate, with Mole Chicken and chocolate surprises that make each dish even more delectable. Monica will be hosting a cooking demonstration on the First Floor before the lunch at 11am.

Ever wondered how our fantastic chocolates are made? This is an exclusive chance to enter our chocolate kitchen and watch our chocolatier, Laurent Couchaux, as he creates his masterpieces.
