The workshop beings at 9:30am, on arrival guests will be offered Le Piantagioni coffee, juice, breakfast pastries and homemade chocolate chip muffins.  Through out the chocolate workshop and tasting, Louise will be discussing the history and origins of chocolate including the process from bean to bonbon.  Guests will be tasting chocolate in all its forms including exploring different origins of chocolate as used by Melt

Louise will demonstrate how to make three hot chocolates, Aztec, European and Single Origin Hot Chocolate Blocks from Melt.  This promises to be a deliciously indulgent tasting workshop with an informative edge.

At the end guests will be given a Melt goodie bag containing recipes, chocolate and homemade chocolate fudge. Please note places are limited for this event.
