Meet the Chocolatier - Matt Tarran

A rising star in the world of chocolate, Fortnum & Mason welcomes Matt Tarran for the first time to launch Fortnum & Mason English Mitcham and Peppermint Chocolate range. Developed using the precious Mitcham mint that almost died out in the 1940s, the exclusive range of chocolates are simply mouthwatering. Ground Floor, 12noon to 5pm.

Meet the Chocolatier - Gerrard Coleman

As the only chocolatier in the UK to use specialist chocolate-making machine named a conch, Gerrard Coleman produces a rare and exquisite blend of chocolate bars that come exclusively to Fortnum’s. Join Gerrard on an insightful chocolate journey from cocoa bean to bar and taste the craftsmanship first hand. Ground Floor, 12noon to 4pm.

Louis Barnett of Chokolit at Mint Leaf

Louis Barnett of CHOKOLIT have teamed up with the Head Chef of Mint Leaf Restaurant Group in London creating an incredible feast of chocolate and curry dishes served with extraordinary chocolate cocktails!
A full exotic Tasting Menu has been designed to conjure up the senses and that culinary experts describe as a “story of taste”. – From braised Pork with caramelised onions, ginger, green chilli, curry leaves and 60% dark chocolate and cocoa nibs,  to chocolate Savrin with black cardamom and Grapefruit Foam,  all dishes are designed as an exploration of flavour. Featuring cocoa in every course, as well as the specially prepared drinks that accompany each part of the meal,
Mint Leaf and Louis Barnett offer a Chocolate Week Tasting Menu throughout Chocolate Week, with 10% of all orders made between 12-18th October going to the Sick Children’s Trust, the official charity for Chocolate week. Louis Barnett, 17, is the most qualified chocolatier in the UK and now recognised as a talented chef and food expert. His work with chocolate is unprecedented and his work with charities, phenomenal. Chocolate artist Warren Laine-Naida at Chocolate Unwrapped

Chocolate artist Warren Laine- Naida will be in the UK for chocolate unwrapped displaying some of his extraordinary chocolate art. Warren will be giving a talk at 6pm on 10th October in the theatre at the exhibition.
