On each day of the week we will be launching one of 6 exciting new limited edition single origin and single estate cocoas as part of our unique ‘Pure Range’ - the only collection of its kind in the UK. Special sampling will take place at our Chelsea Chocolate shop on Fulham Road. Each cocoa has been carefully selected by British Chocolatier Marc Demarquette for its quality, finesse and unique aroma. The full ‘Pure Range’ collection of 16 exquisite and pure cocoas, which also includes the rare ‘wild’ Bolivian Cocoa, first introduced to the UK market by Demarquette in 2008, represents a truly sumptuous long-haul journey of highest quality cocoas an unprecedented ‘Taste the World Through Chocolate’ experience!

Tuesday 13th October:
Mexico 64% - strong and “masculine” musky wood presence with long lasting aromatic body.
Wednesday 14th October:
Peru (Single Estate) 65% - tropical, fruity and unique flavour tones, soft on the pall et and strong aroma, a delightfully light chocolate.
Thursday 15th October:
Costa Rica 64% - rich in depth with strong tones of coffee and molasses.
Friday 16th October:
Uganda 80% – sensuously earthy flavours, raw yet soft with a deep body - and Sao Tome - strong tones of dark spices and wood,20a chocolate with powerful presence.
Saturday 17th October:
Papua New Guinea 64% – delicate bitterness and dry, tones of black tea in flavour and texture with a fruity finish.

The collaboration between London’s Chocolate Week and London’s Restaurant Festival has attracted top International chefs and chocolatiers to provide at this sumptuous spread.
Bill McCarrick is delighted to be presenting the Amuse Bouche with “Parmesan and Dark Chocolate with Smoked Bacon and delicate Mango” - a really aromatic hit.
Tickets are priced at £75 per person and can be bought in advance from The May Fair Hotel.
